Quality and Environmental Policy

The main purpose of the quality policy determined by Avrasya TTM management is to ensure the reliability of the test results and customer satisfaction.As Avrasya TTM laboratory, we undertake to fulfill all requirements of the quality policy in the activities carried out, in activities carried out according to national or international standards with traceability;
 

• To increase customer satisfaction, to take measures defined in the quality system when test services do not comply with the conditions agreed upon with the customer, to ensure the protection of customers' confidential information and property rights,
• To provide the highest quality testing service to its customers with good professional and technical practice, using national and international testing methods.
• Not to engage in any activity that would reduce trust, prioritizing competence, impartiality, decision-making or honesty in work.
• To maximize the conditions of managers, employees and service users, to carry out continuous improvement efforts, to remember that they are a team,
• Remembering that the participation of everyone, from the top manager to the lowest-level employee, is required in the implementation of the quality management system,
• To ensure, monitor and evaluate the performance of testing services in accordance with quality targets, technical conditions and quality system documents (Quality Manual, Procedures, Instructions),
• Identifying the training needs of all staff and providing training
